Easy Crescent Roll Appetizer

I have been making these Easy Meatball Sliders for years. We LOVE them! They are perfect for parties because you can just pop them in your mouth – no plates or forks required. I always eat way too many of these. These meatballs could be a meal all on their own. Whip these up for dinner with some Creamy Noodles and a salad. SO good! The best thing about these meatball sliders is that they are super easy to make with only 4 ingredients!

How to Make Crescent Roll Meatball Sliders

As I said, these sliders are super easy to make. Simmer some meatballs and spaghetti sauce over low heat until warm. Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Cut eat triangle in half to form two triangles. Top the crescent rolls with mozzarella cheese and meatballs. Roll up the crescent roll, place on cookie sheet, and bake.

  • I used Great Value Italian Style Frozen Meatballs. You can use any brand you prefer.
  • There is no need to thaw the meatballs before making the recipe.
  • Make sure to buy the 1/2-ounce sized meatballs. They are bite-sized and fit perfectly on the crescent rolls.
  • My favorite jarred spaghetti sauces are Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Marinara (green label), Rao’s, and La Famigla DelGrosso.
  • Can use mozzarella or provolone cheese.
  • Serve the sliders with leftover spaghetti sauce.
  • These sliders taste best the day they are made.
  • They are good hot out of the oven or cooled to room temperature.

These crescent roll sliders are one of our favorite party foods. I love to make these for Halloween parties, Christmas parties, and tailgating. As I said, you can definitely make a meal out of these yummy meatballs. If you are serving these as an appetizer, you probably will want a few more things to finish off your party food spread. Here are a few of our favorite recipes from the blog that go great with these meatballs:
