I made these meatball sliders for the first home game. We LOVED them! They are perfect for tailgating because you can just pop them in your mouth - no plates or forks required. I ate way too many of these. These could be a meal all on their own. The best thing about these meatball sliders is that they are super easy to make! Give them a try at your next gathering or for dinner tonight.
Meatball Sliders
32 sliders
(Printable Recipe)
- 1 bag frozen Italian Style meatballs (32 meatballs)
- 1 jar (28oz) pasta sauce
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 11 slices mozzarella cheese, each slice cut into thirds
Preheat oven to 375.
Simmer meatballs and sauce over low heat until warmed through (5-10 minutes). Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Cut eat triangle in half to form two triangles. Place 1/3 slice of mozzarella cheese on top of crescent roll, top with meatball and roll up the crescent roll. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining crescent rolls.
Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Steph! This is an awesome recipe! It's perfect for snacking, a quickie meal after practices, or weekend lunches! Add a salad & the kiddos are good to go. I'm adding the ingredients to my grocery list!
