Club Sandwich Puffs – Football Friday

Club Sandwich Puffs - roast beef, turkey, ham, bacon, cheese, crescent rolls baked in a mini muffin pan. Great appetizer or fun dinner sandwich. Can bake and freeze for quick snack later!

These little sandwich puffs are one of our favorite football snacks. They are always a hit at our tailgate parties. They are also good for a quick lunch or dinner during the week. Feel free to mix up the meats and cheeses. I’ve made ham and swiss, roast beef and jalapeno jack and even turkey and American. The possibilities are endless. They taste fantastic, and are a great way to use up leftover luncheon meat. They are also super easy to make (a big plus in my book). I suggest doubling the recipe below if you are making these for a crowd.  I’ve made these several times and I never have any leftovers.

Club Sandwich Puffs
(Printable Recipe)

  • 1 oz deli ham, chopped
  • 1 oz deli turkey, chopped
  • 1 oz deli roast beef, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp honey mustard dressing
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl combine finely chopped ham, turkey, roast beef, bacon, onion powder, cheese, egg, and mustard. Mix well.

Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with non stick cooking spray.

Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle. Cut rectangle into 24 squares. Press dough squares into muffin cups and shape up around the edges.

Fill each muffin cup with some of the meat mixture. Bake 13-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
