Pin This RecipeWhite Chocolate Chex Mix for Halloween
This Halloween Chex Mix should come with a warning label! I could not stop eating it!! This is similar to the Monster Munch on the blog, but this is made with Corn Chex and Candy Corn M&Ms.
This Halloween Chex Mix is so easy to make; it only took about 5 minutes. The hardest part of this recipe is waiting on the chocolate to set so you can eat it! To make the mix, microwave white chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Gently stir in Chex cereal, pretzels, candy corn, and M&Ms until evenly coated. Toss the sprinkles over the mixture.
Spread on waxed paper until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. Break into chunks.
- Can use any flavor of Chex cereal that you prefer. Can also substitute Crispix cereal.
- I used Candy Corn M&Ms. Any flavor of M&Ms will work fine. You can also use Reese’s Pieces.
- Can substitute white almond bark for the white chocolate.
- This mix will keep at least a week in an air-tight container.

Made this last year and it was a huge hit at our Halloween gathering! Great tasting and and a good looking treat! Making it again this year but holding by breath on not having the white chocolate M & M’s (candy corn colored discs). This candy is no longer made…….hoping Reese’s Pieces will be a yummy substitute. **Thank You for sharing this sweet treat!***
This was really awesome but my chex mix was soggy the next day. What did I do wrong?
Oooh! Maybe Reese's Pieces!!
you can't go wrong with reese's pieces!
I'm not a candy corn fan either. You can leave it out and add more of the other stuff.
Can you suggest a substitute for the candy corn? I'm not a fan of that stuff (I know, I'm crazy).
You are right-this is hoghly addictive! Everytime I take this to snack on, they want the recipe. Thank you.
Melhab2001 – I bought them at Walmart and I also saw them at Target
I can't find the m&m's. where did you find them ? Thanks. Melissa
Too cute!
Not only does it sound good, it's cute. Luv the Halloween colors.
I have been looking for those pretzel balls for a while…where did you find them?
Ordinary Flight – I found the pretzel balls at Publix
Do you happen to have an Amish bulk store anywhere in your vicinity? I know our store has them.
Love this! Pinned it.
I am having a Halloween party this very weekend. I cannot wait to try this. Thank you!
