    And the King Cake knots look delish. I might have to give those a whirl.

  2. Lib – thanks for the lesson. I am not up on the technical issues in regards to cajun/creole food. It is all just cajun to me.

  3. Those little king cake knots look fantastic, and I might have to try them this weekend, but that jambalaya recipe is a Creole recipe, not a Cajun one. Cajun jambalaya doesn't have tomatoes and is fluffy, not soupy.
