There are tons of big bowl games coming up this week. This dip is the perfect snack for your homegating or tailgating parties. It is simple and delicious! This dip can have a little kick from the taco seasoning and Ro*tel tomatoes. If you are worried that it might be too spicy, use a can of Mild Ro*tel tomatoes. You could even use a can of Mexican Ro*tel. It isn't spicy, and it has lime and cilantro in it. YUM! I like to make this a few days before I serve it so the flavors have time to meld together. We usually serve this with tortilla chips, Fritos and/or veggies.
