English Muffin Pizza Casserole

English Muffin Pizzas are one of my favorite weeknight meals. They are so easy to make and taste great. I started wondering how this would taste tossed together as a casserole. I gave it a try and it turned out great! This is similar to the Bubble Up Pizza, but you don’t have to worry about the dough baking.
This dish is completely adjustable to your tastes. I used sausage, turkey pepperoni and mushrooms (on half of the pizza). This only took a few minutes to assemble and heat through in the oven. We both loved this. It would be great for a quick dinner before or after football practice. It would even be perfect for a football watching party.

  1. wonder if you could do this using those pre made pizza crusts, the ones I bought ended up hard as card board, this might make them useable.

  2. Do you cook the toppings first (sausage, mushrooms, etc)? Or throw in "raw"? Thanks! The recipe looks really good!
