Disney’s Orange Cupcakes with Orange Cream Cheese Icing

This recipe is from my Epcot Food and Wine Festival cookbook. We sampled these cupcakes this past fall in Epcot and LOVED them. I was thrilled when I saw the recipe in the cookbook. The cream cheese icing is the best part. SOOOO yummy!
The cupcakes are made from scratch. If you want to cheat and use cake mix, just add some orange zest to the batter. You will need to double the icing recipe; it is only enough for 12 cupcakes. These cupcakes would make a great treat for you Valentine sweetie!

Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.

Sift together cocoa powder, cake flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
