Homemade Twix Bites {Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers}

These no-bake cookies should come with a warning label- “Highly Addictive”. The sweet and salty combination of the Ritz cracker and Rolo are perfect together! They are unbelievably delicious! They are also super easy to make. The hardest part of the recipe is unwrapping the Rolo candies.

Just top a cracker with a Rolo, bake for a few minutes and top with another cracker. Once they are cooled, dip them in some chocolate candy coating. Viola! Little Twix bites. We couldn’t stop eating these. These are great if you need a quick Valentine treat or just a delicious pick-me-up!

  1. Oh man these turned out beautiful and delicious and were so simple to make. It's amazing how much they taste like Twix, only better because of the salt from the crackers. Thanks for another awesome recipe!

  2. I made these for NYE and they were gone in a flash. I didn't dip them in chocolate, though – just the crackers and rolos. My father called the next day begging me to make him a batch!

  3. These are so cute! I don't really get into the whole Valentine's Day hearts and flowers thing, but I would so make these. Those sprinkles are so cute!
