Slow Cooker Beef and Pork Sandwiches

Slow Cooker Beef and Pork BBQ Sandwiches - stew meat and pork tenderloin slow cook in a homemade BBQ sauce. I can't believe I've never combined these two meats before! These are the BEST BBQ sandwiches!!

The 4th of July is next week. Can you believe it? Where is summer going?? These Slow Cooker Beef and Pork Sandwiches are on our holiday menu. They taste fantastic, and the slow cooker does all the work! These sandwiches can also be made in advance of your dinner and refrigerated for several days. This is my kind of recipe!

These sandwiches were delicious! I loved the combination of beef and pork. I also loved that this didn’t use a bottled BBQ sauce. The sauce is made right in the slow cooker as the meat cooks. This makes a good amount of BBQ. I ate some of the leftovers as nachos. YUM! Give these Slow Cooker Beef and Pork Sandwiches a try at your next BBQ. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
