A few months ago, I shared a recipe for Pull Apart Garlic Bread. It was to-die-for! I decided to make a sweet version of the bread. It was equally delicious! As with the Pull Apart Garlic Bread, I ate WAY too many of these Pull Apart Cinnamon Rolls. They are SO addictive. I kept telling myself “Just one more.”
I spread the cut rolls with butter and then sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top. You could also use my Cinnamon Honey Butter recipe and just sprinkle sugar on top for a little crunch. These are great for a quick breakfast, brunch or even dessert.
Pull Apart Cinnamon Rolls
(Printable Recipe)
- 1 pan Sister Schubert’s Parker Style House Rolls (view here)
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Using a serrated knife, cut rolls in half, creating two circles. Place rolls, cut side up, on baking sheet.
Spread softened butter on top of rolls. Combine ¼ cup sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of rolls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until edges start to brown.
Stir together powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over baked rolls.
Cannot WAIT to try this. I'm a diehard Sister's fan, so I know I'll love them!
Great idea! I usually make mine from scratch, but this is a great short cut!
So easy and so yummy. I usually make mine from scratch and just so much work. This means that my Hubby can enjoy them more often.
