Honey Bacon Brie and Walnut flatbread – Inspired by my favorite sandwich in Amsterdam. Naan flatbread topped with bacon, brie cheese, walnuts, and honey. The flavor combination is out of this world! Can serve as a main dish or as an appetizer. I NEVER have any leftovers when I make these for parties.

Pin This RecipeEasy Naan Flatbread with Bacon
This dish was inspired by my first lunch in Amsterdam. We ate at a cute little sandwich shop. I got a chicken, cheese, bacon, and tomato sandwich, and Amanda got a honey, bacon, brie, and walnut sandwich. They were both good, but I absolutely LOVED Amanda’s sandwich. I knew I had to recreate it at home.
I had some Stonefire naan flatbreads in the freezer, so I decided to make a flatbread instead of a sandwich. O-M-G! We both LOVED this! The combination of sweet and savory really hit the spot. We ate this for dinner and again for lunch the next day. I couldn’t get enough of it! It is so simple, yet so delicious! You must make this ASAP – trust me on this one!
How to Make Honey, Bacon, Brie & Walnut Flatbread
This flatbread is super easy to make. Start with cooking some thick-cut bacon. Top each flatbread with cooked bacon, sliced brie cheese, chopped walnuts, and honey. Pop the flatbreads under the oven broiler until the cheese has melted.
- I used precooked Naan flatbread as the base. I like Stonefire Original Naan. You can find it in the deli/produce area at the grocery store.
- You can substitute turkey bacon if you prefer.

So you are only using 1/4 of the bacon and 1/4 of the cheese.
What do you do with the rest; throw it away ?
Um, NO. You use the rest of the cheese and bacon on the other 3 flatbreads. This is a recipe for FOUR flatbreads.
Making this today for 2 friends coming over for lunch.
Anyone tried something other than Brie?
Swiss or Goat maybe
