Copycat Marzetti Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip

Marzetti Southwest Ranch Veggie Dip is my all-time favorite veggie dip. I absolutely LOVE it. I couldn’t find it at the grocery store the other day, so I decided to make a copycat version at home. OMG! This stuff is amazing! I made this for some holiday parties and it was gone in a flash! This dip only has 5 ingredients, and I bet you have them in your pantry right now! This is an easy recipe to make. Simply throw everything in the food processor or blender and start snacking.

While I usually serve this as a dip, it also makes a great dressing for your next salad! I love to make my own salad dressing. Homemade salad dressings taste a million times better than the bottled stuff! However you serve this, just make sure to whip up a batch ASAP! One bite and your taste buds will be blown away!

How to Make Southwestern Ranch Dip Recipe

This dip/salad dressing is super easy to make with no fancy ingredients. Place cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, Rotel diced tomatoes, and green chiles, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Process for 30 seconds, until smooth. Transfer the dip to a bowl and refrigerate until you are ready to serve. For best results, refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Tips & Frequently Asked Questions

  • Feel free to add some chili powder, taco seasoning, or chipotle pepper to the dip mixture.
  • Is Southwestern Ranch Dip spicy? It has a hint of spiciness from the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles. If you are worried about the heat, use a can of mild Rotel.
  • For a spicy version, add some chopped jalapeno pepper, chipotle chiles, or hot chili pepper.
  • Store the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. I like to store it in a mason jar.
