Stop what you are doing right now and make these cookies! They are hands-down the best peanut butter cookies EVER! AND they only have 4 ingredients! That’s right – four ingredients; Bisquick, sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla. There are no eggs in the cookies, and you could use Gluten-Free Bisquick if you needed gluten-free cookies. The best part about the cookies is that they taste delicious!

These cookies only took about 5 minutes to make. The cookies don’t spread when baking, so you only need to place them about an inch apart on the baking sheet.

I made half traditional peanut butter cookies and half Peanut Butter Blossoms. They taste great either way. If you are going to make Peanut Butter Blossoms, I suggest freezing the Hershey Kisses before using them. This will help the kisses keep their shape after you press them in the hot cookies.

These Four-Ingredient Bisquick Peanut Butter Cookies are ridiculously easy to make and dangerously delicious. They are firm yet incredibly soft on the inside. I can not stop making these yummy cookies. They are great for potlucks, cookouts, parties, and your holiday cookie tray. I always have the ingredients on hand so I can whip up a batch for a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sugar
  • 36 unwrapped Hershey Kisses, optional

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir together sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth. Stir in Bisquick and vanilla.
  • Scoop dough into 1 Tablespoon balls. Roll in sugar and place on baking sheet.
  • Flatten in crisscross pattern with a fork. (It helps to dip the fork in sugar to keep it from sticking to the dough.)
  • Bake 8-10 minutes.
  • If making Peanut Butter Blossoms, do not flatten the cookies. Leave them as balls and bake. Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately press a Hershey Kiss onto the top of each cookie.
  • Remove cookies from sheet to wire rack to cool.

Notes:

If making Peanut Butter Blossoms, it helps to freeze the Hershey Kisses before pressing them into the cookie balls.
Use gluten-free Bisquick for a gluten-free cookie.

    1. There is no milk in the cookies. This uses a can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. I’ve never had an issue with this recipe.

  1. I've been making PB cookies with this recipe since I was a little girl and yes, it really is the BEST recipe for PB cookies I've ever had! And I've tried a lot! 😉 Haha!

  2. These look yummy, but I don't have any kisses on hand. Do you think mixing chocolate chips in to the dough would work?
