Easy Cheesy BBQ Pork Dip Recipe

This Cheesy BBQ Pork Dip has quickly become of our favorite game day recipes I could make a meal out of this dip! I used some of the leftover pork from yesterday’s post and it tasted great! Smoky pulled pork, cream cheese, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions. YUM! You can make this dip ahead of time and refrigerate it until you are ready to bake. Whip this up for your next party. It is sure to be a hit!

What kind of meat is Pulled Pork?

Pulled pork is most commonly made with a pork shoulder. You may also see this cut of meat referred to as a pork butt or Boston butt.

How to Make Barbecue Pulled Pork Dip

This cheesy dip is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Mix cream cheese, barbecue sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Stir in pulled pork and cheddar cheese. Spread the dip mixture into a baking dish. Top with more shredded cheese and chopped green onions. Bake in a preheated oven until warm and bubbly.

  • In a mixing bowl combine pork, cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Spread mixture into a lightly greased 8×8 baking dish.
