Pin This RecipeI called this The Ultimate White Chicken Chili because it really is the best of the best White Chicken Chili. It is also a great way to use up any leftover turkey from your holiday meal tomorrow!
We both absolutely LOVED this chili. It has tons of great flavors and only takes a few minutes to make. The key to getting this on the table in under 20 minutes is using a rotisserie chicken. I used a whole rotisserie chicken, you could definitely use all turkey or a combination of cooked chicken and turkey. You are basically just heating everything up in the pot and digging in! All you need is some yummy cornbread and you are set.
This makes a TON! It is perfect for watching all the rivalry games this weekend in college football! I am making a big pot for us to watch the Iron Bowl on Saturday. As I said, this makes a ton. You can freeze any leftovers for a quick meal later.

Easy, fast & delicious! Have made it twice & everyone loved it.
yum we love this. I’m making it tomorrow for a snowy day in the northeast. I add a can of petite diced tomatoes with the juice for a little color, dollop of sour cream on top of my bowl of chili😋
Fantastic recipe! Make it all the time. Simple, delicious.
Delicious! Best white chicken chili recipe!
I made this tonight… absolutely delicious… wondering… since it has dairy in it (half and half and cheese).l is it still okay to freeze?
It should be fine to freeze.
I have made this dish many times. It freezes wonderfully.
This recipe is perfect ! Have made it so many times for church functions, parties , & just for us at home ! Making a pot right now for tonight at the request of my small group ! No changes no substitutes, make it exactly how Stephanie says !
This was really good! The only thing I did differently was smoke my own chicken instead of using a rotisserie.
The family loved it.
The only thing missing is a dollop of sour cream in the middle of your bowl of chili soup topped with some green onions! Yum!
I’m sensitive to heat and wondering if this is too spicy.
We didn’t think it was spicy. Maybe start with one can of green chiles and add the second can after tasting the chili.
If not using a rotisserie chicken, would you say about 2 cups of cooked chicken breast? Thanks!
I think it would be closer to 5 cups of chicken – there is a lot more chicken on a whole chicken.
One pound of cooked diced chicken is 3 cups.
Definitely gonna try this! If I did it in the slow cooker, what would change? Can I even do it in a slow cooker?
Prepare the soup as directed in step 1. Place the liquid in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the crockpot and cook it until it is warm.
You can even use frozen chicken breasts! Maybe 4-5 good sized ones. Perfect for crockpot!!
Some people are so stupid. Recipe sounds great, dummies need to put on their thinking caps. Do some people think before they post.
I have made this so many times and EVERY time it is wonderful! It’s quick, easy and delicious!!
Made this today for the first time, only thing I did differently was used diced onion instead of powder. It was delicious and I will make it again very soon. Going to double the recipe so I can freeze some. It is wonderful!
