Is loaf pan 8×4 or 9×5?
Either is fine. I use a 9×5.
So we can omit 1 egg and oil.
I suggest making the recipe as written in the post. I don’t suggest omitting ingredients.
I've been making this for years with yellow cake mix. It is delicious and plenty moist with only 2 eggs and no oil.
Oh my gosh this looks so good. Two of my favorites combined. Definitely making this for Valentine's Day!
