How to Make Pineapple Pork Chops

There are only 5 simple ingredients in this recipe – that includes the pork chops! To make the marinade, whisk together pineapple juice, Italian dressing brown sugar, and soy sauce. Pour over the pork chops and let marinate a few hours to overnight. When ready to cook, remove the pork chops from the marinade and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.

  • Do NOT overcook your pork chops. Most people tend to overcook pork chops and dry them out. Pork is safe to eat when it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF. Use a meat thermometer to check the pork for an internal temperature of 145ºF before removing them from the grill. The pork may have a little pink inside. Pork is perfectly safe to eat pink.
  • We used bone-in pork chops from our favorite butcher shop. You can definitely use the marinade on boneless pork chops or pork tenderloin.
