Good Morning! Is everyone excited about the holiday this week?!?!? I can’t wait to fire up the grill and relax with Chicken Legs and the cats. The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. I love all the fireworks and cooking out. Today, I am sharing our weekly menu that includes our 4th of July menu. SO much yummy food!

Don’t forget my tip for cooking grilled chicken indoors – pan sear for 3 or 4 minutes on each side and then bake on a rimmed baking sheet at 400ºF for 10 minutes. You can check out this post for Cast Iron Skillet Burgers for tips on how to cook the juiciest burgers indoors.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

Click on the photos and recipe titles below to get the recipes. I hope you enjoy the recipes you try this week!!

  1. Hi – I thought I saved one of many of your recipes but I lost it. It was for a three ingredients (including the chicken) marinade. Besides the chicken, which is pounded to an even width, I remember 1 cup of light soy sauce and i cup of ???. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

  2. Your recipes are great. I look forward to them every week. I have to eat gluten free. I find your recipes easy to adjust. Thanks!
