Happy Sunday! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This week's meal plan is loaded with delicious recipes. Several can be made ahead of time and baked when you are ready. I also have THE BEST Chicken Noodle Soup you'll eat that is ready in 20 minutes!!!

MONDAY
Cracked Out Grits Casserole  - cheddar, bacon and ranch - SO addictive!!! We love this casserole for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grits, chicken broth, milk, eggs, Velveeta, bacon, Ranch, cheddar cheese. Can make ahead and refrigerate or freeze for later. This always get RAVE reviews! SO good!!!


{Slow Cooker} Grape Jelly Pork Tenderloin - only 3 ingredients! Just dump everything in the slow cooker and let it hang out all day. Fix it and forget it! Serve the pork on slider buns with coleslaw and pickles! Great for tailgating!




THURSDAY
Pepperoni Pizza Pastry Puffs - two bite pizza! Only 5 ingredients and ready in 15 minutes! Perfect for parties and tailgating. We also like to eat these for a quick lunch. Whenever I take these to a party, there are never any left!! Can assemble and freeze for later.


FRIDAY
Chicken Enchilada Rice Bake Recipe - chicken, black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, cheese, rice and enchilada sauce! SO good! I wanted to eat the whole pan! Use rotisserie chicken and this is ready for the oven in 10 minutes. Super quick Mexican dinner recipe.
