It's Masters week! Time to watch one of the greatest golf tournaments of the year. My favorite part of Masters week is the food. We always whip up a batch of The Masters Egg Salad and The Masters Pimento Cheese. I also LOVE putting my own spin on the classic Masters dishes.
Today I am putting my spin on The Masters Pimento Cheese with this Cracked Out Pimento Cheese. Pimento Cheese loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch. OMG! SOOOO good!!! This is great as a dip or on bread for a sandwich. Try it on top of a burger - ridiculous!
Chicken Legs took one bite of this Cracked Out Pimento Cheese and said he liked it better than Crack Dip. I was stunned! Better than Crack Dip?!?!? You will have to give this a try and see what you think!

Sounds very tasty to put bacon and ranch into the pimento cheese. Thanks for the great idea.
ReplyDeleteThis was a HUGE hit in our house. A new favorite indeed!
DeleteJust in time to serve on Sunday for our Masters Party. Just to please everybody, 1/2 the recipe will have some red pepper included. Here in the deep South our Pimento Cheese needs some kick. You could also just put out a bottle of Crystal's hot sauce also.
ReplyDeleteSounds good!
DeleteLooks outstanding Steph - how could it not be with bacon added to already good pimento cheese.
ReplyDeleteI am always looking for the best Pimento cheese recipe!! I will be trying this soon!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great. Do you use both green and white parts of the onion? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYou can. I usually only use the green part, but you can absolutely use the white part too. It is just your personal preference.
