Happy Easter!! I hope you have a wonderful holiday today! I know a lot of you are having ham for lunch today. I've included a few recipes that incorporate leftover ham into the meal plan this week.

I also included some recipes for watching The Masters. I've got the BEST egg salad EVER on the menu! Better than Augusta! It is a must for watching the golf tournament.

We are firing up the grill a few nights for some delicious chicken and pork chops. You don't want to miss Saturday and Sunday's recipes. SOOO good!!!
