OMG! We are totally addicted to these Spicy Pork Noodles!!! SOOOOO good! This recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make. Cook the ramen, get the pork going, add the sauce and toss with the noodles. I sliced up a pork tenderloin for this recipe, but this is a fantastic way to use up leftover pork tenderloin or pork chops too. I’ve made it both ways and it is equally delicious!

The spicy in these Spicy Pork Noodles comes from this Chili Garlic Sauce. I bought it at Target. They sell it at Walmart and most grocery stores too. Y’all this stuff is SPICY!!! You are going to want to start with about a tablespoon and do a taste test before adding more. If you go all-in with a few tablespoons, it will knock you out!

We absolutely LOVE these Spicy Pork Noodles. We’ve made this several times and just can’t seem to get enough of this recipe. Sweet, spicy and DELICIOUS!!! I love how quick and easy these noodles are to make. Great for a quick weeknight meal! You could even add some green beans or asparagus to the mixture. Just add the green beans or asparagus in with the pork so they have time to cook and absorb all that yummy sauce!

  1. I had some left over pork loin chops that I needed to do something with. This recipe was perfect! I stir fried some peppers, onions, and celery first, and then set them aside while I browned the pork. After the pork was browned, I added the veggies back in with the sauce and let it cook about 5 minutes. The last thing was to add in the noodles and get everything stirred in together. My husband had seconds, so I know it’s a good recipe. Oh, I used 1.5 tbsp.Thai chili garlic sauce and it was just right. I was so pleased to have a tasty recipe to help use up the leftover pork. Thank you.

  2. I made this exactly and I doubled it… the fam loved it even my husband! I added it to a meals they love list so I can make again! Next time I will add broccoli and I will not put as much spicy sauce in my princess’

  3. Would spinach be tasty in this? It’s the only green we have right now, and for some reason I can’t imagine how the spinach would be! We cook with brown sugar-soy sauce and the garlic chili sriracha sauce all the time!

      1. Can you freeze the meat part to just defrost and add noodles? I got great deal on pork tenderloin but 2.2 lbs. Way too much for my 2 person family.

  4. My husband came home starving after missing lunch. I had some leftover pork tenderloin and this stirred up quickly. I added broccoli and used Go-chu-jang Korean sauce. Everything stirred up quickly in a skillet with a little sesame oil while the noodles cooked, which doesn’t take long. I will add some water chestnuts for crunch next time. Great base for lots of added veggies too.

  5. This was lovely! I used a mix of regular and lower-sodium soy sauce, and added lots of mushrooms and onions. We all loved it. It was so good AND so easy, that I would consider making it for a casual company meal. Many thanks.

  6. This was really good! I doubled the sauce and added red bell peppers, onions, carrots, and zucchini. I bet it would be really good with chicken too.

  7. Made this last night and the only changes made were 1 heaping TBSP of the chili garlic sauce and 3 packs of ramen noodles. Son had the little bit leftover for breakfast this morning.
Next time will only add half the soy sauce (son sensitive to too much sodium) and figured that would make the sauce a little thicker. Also might add some green beans or peas..

  8. Made this dish tonight, only used 1 tbsp of the chili garlic sauce and 3 packs of noodles, and it was a huge hit! Next time I am going to add some broccoli florets. Thank you for this great recipe!

  9. Made it and for 3 of us. With a teenage boy I had to add another packs of noodles and added another 1/2 amt of sauce. I also saute some green beans 1/2 way and then thru it un when simmering the sauce and meat. Which gave it some veggie with it. Yummy. Will make it again

  10. I made this tonight with leftover pork tenderloin, slice very thin. My husband can’t stop raving about it. Delicious.

  11. Followed the recipe to a t the first time I made this and it was way way too salty. I used low sodium soy sauce the next time and it was so delicious!! Went full 3 tablespoons of the chili sauce and it was just spicy enough. I also added snow peas to the mix. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!!

  12. SO GOOD! I followed the recipe and some of the commenters reviews. I doubled the sauce and used low sodium. I actually doubled the ramen (fed 5 people with a little left over) and I added the bad of mixed coleslaw. Definitely a keeper!

    1. WOW!!!! This was WAY BETTER THAN I EXPECTED considering what little effort! I RARELY leave a review but this was REALLY, REALLY GOOD!!! I added broccoli while cooking the pork and a little sesame oil. Will DEFINITELY make again in the future and will add even more veggies like frozen peas, shredded carrots, green onions, sliced peppers, and LOVE the idea of a bag of slaw cabbage. Also loved your suggestion of asparagus and green beans. LOVE THIS!!! CANNOT WAIT TO MAKE AGAIN!!!!
Would be an excellent and different tailgate party food for watching the Tide or Tigers!

  13. This is so easy and yummy! I added a small bag of steamed stir fry veg and used only 1 1/2 tsp of the garlic chili sauce. That sauce is HOT and my acid reflux doesn’t allow real spicy foods, but love the flavor it gives. Even good warmed up the next day.

  14. I don’t have any garlic chili sauce but I do have sweet red chili sauce and chili sauce can that be used instead of the garlic chili sauce>

  15. I made this tonight w/ leftover pork tenderloin & only one package of noodles, which was the perfect amount for my daughter & myself. I made the sauce with no changes & I added one grated carrot, one small head of broccoli chopped into small florets & steamed for @ 5 minutes, & 4 stalks of green onions. While the noodles were cooking I mixed up the sauce ingredients in a larger sauce pan, then when they were done I drained them & mixed everything together& heated through. My daughter declared them amazing! Served w/ shrimp egg rolls!

  16. Super easy and super yummy! We add some green peas to ours. Great meal, quick to make and super affordable…I think it cost us less than $5 to make the entire recipe.

  17. This was yummy!! I added some veggies. Great meal and I found something else to do with my leftover pork tenderloin

    1. I think I’m confused with everyone saying the “leftover” pork tenderloin. Are you all using already cooked pork?

  18. Sounds and looks yummy, and can't wait to try it. Big fan of chili garlic sauce. Wish your recipes included calories!

  19. Thank you for the option to print without image. This was very delicious and so easy. I made it with left over pork sirloin steak and have also tried it with cooked chicken from my grocer. A real go to meal when I too tired to really cook.

  20. Super delicious, however, it was a bit salty. The next batch I lowered to soy to half and used LOW SODIUM soy and it was perfect. Threw in some a hand full of match stick carrots and half a coarsly chopped onion, 1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek for more heat. It's a keeper!! GREAT RECIPE!! Thank you Plain Chicken!

  21. Absolutely delicious and now permanently in the dinner rotation! Great to have a "treat" dinner that is so easy to make!

  22. Just made this, and, it was yummy! I added about a half tablespoon of Sesame Oil to the liquid…love that stuff, and, used a full 2 tablespoons of garlic chili sauce. So good! Thanks, for another great recipe.

  23. We've made this recipe twice and LOOOOVE it! My wife immediately called our neighbors and invited them over to try it, we liked it that much.

We don't like a ton of heat and couldn't find the chili garlic sauce so we did make a couple of changes, we bought the Hormel Original Pork Loin Filet that's seasoned with sea salt and black pepper and cooked that in the oven according to the packaging till it was almost done then took it out let it sit then sliced it thin.

We then added the oil to a pan and sauteed some garlic before adding the pork and finishing it. When the pork was just brown we added some bella mushrooms and then the other ingredients and finished per the original recipe, though we did toss in what my wife calls "crack broccoli", that she made on the side, with the noodles and pork.

We added sriracha at the table so each person could control the heat themselves and the flavor worked perfectly.

Next time we will probably use 3 packs of ramen noodles as the pork loins we buy are usually 1.5-2lbs and there tends to be a lot more pork than noodles.

  24. I used two packs of dried Japanese style noodles, doubled the sauce recipe and threw in a bag of coleslaw mix for the last couple minutes. Soooo good! The whole family loved it and we'll have enough for a second meal!
