One of our favorite pork recipes is Grilled Huli Huli Pork Chops. Since the weather is changing and we aren’t grilling as much, I decided to take those flavors and turn it into a slow cooker recipe! OMG! This Slow Cook Huli Huli Pork Tenderloin is crazy delicious! PLUS it is super easy to make. Just dump everything in the slow cooker and let it do all the work. We served the shredded pork over rice with some green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. It would also be great over mashed potatoes, grits, noodles or a salad.

This Slow Cooker Huli Huli Pork Tenderloin is loaded with amazing flavor! The soy sauce and ginger give the dish an Asian flair. Make sure to pour the sauce form the slow cooker on top of the shredded pork tenderloin when you serve it. The sauce has all the best flavor! Don’t leave it in the slow cooker! Pour it on top and enjoy!

We ate this Slow Cooker Huli Huli Pork Tenderloin for diner and leftover for lunch the next day. It was just as good reheated as it was hot out of the slow cooker. This pork would also be great on nachos for game day! Can not wait to try it!

  1. This was simple to prepare and the result was/is delicious pulled pork.
    I used chicken stock.

What about bringing the tenderloin to room temp, or nearly so? Maybe I overlooked your answer.

    1. Laurier24, if you use dry sherry in every recipe that calls sherry, you will be right about 95% of the time. Only a handful of recipes I have seen call for cream sherry or port and they usually note that somewhere.

  2. We love anything Huli Huli and will be making this over the weekend. Only thing missing is about 6 tbl of pineapple juice also. Try it. It's a Hawaiian dish after all. It will make a difference.
