A quick and easy recipe for everyday of the week. Main dishes, side dishes and desserts! Something for everyone on this meal plan!

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day. Our holiday was filled with lots of football. It was perfect. The next big holiday is Halloween and then Thanksgiving & Christmas. I can't believe it!!

It's time to get back to the daily grind and start thinking about the week ahead. This week's menu is loaded with great recipes. We have a couple of our favorite casseroles and one of the most popular recipes on the website on Saturday! We are also firing up the grill a few days. Gotta take advantage of the weather while we can!

I hope you have a fantastic week and enjoy the recipes you try this week!

Grilled Greek Pork Chops - hands down the BEST pork chops I've ever eaten! Marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper. I made these for a cookout and everyone raved about them. I had to give everyone the recipe!!! SO simple and SOOO delicious!!! #grilling #porkchops #grill #pork

SATURDAY

Three Cheese Italian Sausage Alfredo Bake - great make-ahead pasta dish. Elbow macaroni, alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta, garlic, italian sausage, eggs, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. SO good!! Garlic Parmesan Skillet Bread - refrigerated biscuits chopped and tossed in butter, garlic, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Baked in a small iron skillet. Great with pasta. Can also use as an appetizer with some warm pizza sauce. YUM!! I can make a meal out of this yummy bread!

Caramel Apple Pie Poke Cake Recipe - apple cake soaked in caramel sauce topped with cool whip and toffee bits - AMAZING! Can make ahead of time and refrigerate. It gets better as it sits in the fridge. Super delicious cake!

  1. I always appreciate these great meal plans! And since we never know what the weather will do (93 last week but 56 now) I love the mix of grilling and heartier stuff. Thanks, Steph!
