These Cheeseburger Sliders a tailgate favorite! They are super easy to make and are perfect for a crowd. There are only 5 ingredients for the sliders – ground beef, sausage, ranch dressing mix, cheese and buns. Top the sliders with your favorite burger toppings – mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles, bacon, tomatoes and lettuce. Anything goes!!
The meat mixture for these sliders is baked for about 15 minutes in a 9×13-inch baking dish. There is going to be some grease/fat in the pan when you pull it out. Don’t worry, the giant meat patty will just lift right out of the pan. I transferred the cooked patty tp a cutting board and cut it into 12 squares. I served the sliders on Hawaiian rolls (the best!) with some melted cheddar cheese. If you aren’t a fan of cheddar, just use your favorite cheese – swiss, American, pepper jack, monterey jack.
These sliders are super easy to transport to the parking lot or a friends house. If you are pressed for time, you can make the meat the day before and just wrap the assembled sliders in foil to reheat before serving. These baked Cheeseburger Sliders are so much easier than grilling in the parking lot! This recipe makes 12 sliders, but you could easily double the recipe if you have a crowd. Add these to your tailgating menu this weekend!! I promise you will score a touchdown!

Love that you can cook it as one big patty! And Hawaiian buns are the absolute best on anything — excited to try them for sliders. I might actually do this as a dinner recipe and a tailgate one. Thanks, Steph!
