Good Morning! It's that time of the week again. Time to start planning for the week ahead. I've got you covered on meal planning! Today I am sharing a main dish and side for everyday of the week. I even included a fun no-bake Halloween treat too!

We are starting our week off with a crazy good Instant Pot Beef Stew. It is lick the bowl delicious! The rest of the week is filled with quick dinners, a couple of make-ahead meals, a delicious slow cooker soup and one of my favorite breakfast casseroles for dinner!!

MONDAY
Instant Pot Beef Stew - comfort food at its best! Seriously THE BEST beef stew recipe we've ever eaten! SO simple. Just sauté the stew meat, dump the rest of the ingredients in the pot and cook. Only about 5 minutes of hands on time! Stew meat, flour, sugar, beef broth, diced tomatoes, chili powder, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, potatoes, carrots, and peas. Leftovers also taste great reheated! #instantpot #beef #stew

TUESDAY
{Slow Cooker} Spaghetti and Meatball Soup recipe - frozen meatballs, spaghetti sauce, beef broth and angel hair pasta - This slow cooker soup is such a fun twist to spaghetti night! It is SO good and super quick to throw together. Serve with some warm garlic bread for a quick and easy weeknight meal!

SATURDAY
Chicken Pot Pie Rollups - heaven in a pan! SOOO good! EVERYONE loved this casserole. Chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crescent rolls, cream of chicken soup, milk and frozen mixed vegetables. Ready in 30 minutes!! Great weeknight casserole recipe.
SUNDAY
Smothered Pork Chops recipe - seriously delicious! Everyone cleaned their plate and asked for seconds! That never happens at our house!!! Pork Chops and rice baked in cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar, mozzarella and bacon. Ready to bake in a snap and on the table in 30 minutes. We make this at least once a month!! SO GOOD!! #porkchops #casserole #dinner

  1. I love your blog. I look forward to seeing what in on the menu on Sunday. I use the ideas mostly because I am gluten intolerant but the recipes are usually quite easy to modify. Thanks for blogging!
