Ham & Cheese Stuffed Biscuits

These Ham & Cheese Biscuit Bites are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, NYE parties, and tailgating. Ham, cheddar, swiss, cream cheese, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, brown sugar mixed together and baked in biscuits. YUM! You can make the filling ahead of time and bake the biscuits when you are ready to eat. I ate about a dozen of these the other day for lunch. They are SO good that I couldn’t stop eating them!!!

How to Make Ham & Cheese Biscuit Bites

These muffin pan bites are super easy to make. Split refrigerated biscuits in half to make 2 circles. Press each biscuit round into a mini muffin tin. Mix together diced ham, cheddar, swiss, cream cheese, dijon mustard, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and onion powder. Scoop ham mixture into biscuit cups and bake.

  • I used Grands Jr biscuits – the smaller can of biscuits. They come in cans of 5 or 10. You need a total of 20 biscuits. I split each biscuit into two rounds and got 40 biscuit bites. Perfect for a party!
  • The biscuits are baked in a mini muffin pan.
  • You can make the filling in advance and refrigerate up to 3 days making the biscuits.
