Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan - how make chicken parmesan in the air fryer
Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan - all the flavor and none of the fat! I am OBSESSED with this crunchy and delicious chicken! SO easy to make and ready in about 10 minutes. Chicken cutlets, eggs, flour, Italian breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Serves with a simple side salad and dinner is done! #airfryer #chicken
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that a few months ago I got an air fryer. My Mom sent me an article about air fryers with some recipes. The article said that air fryers were "a thing", so I decided to buy one. You know, for the blog. I wasn't expecting much from it, but I am OBSESSED with it! I use the air fryer two to three times a week. No joke! I absolutely LOVE it!!!
Today I am sharing one of our go-to air fryer recipes - Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan. I love chicken parmesan, but I hate frying in the house. Frying makes the house smell, and I never know how to get rid of the oil. This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan was just as crispy as regular fried chicken parmesan, but I didn't use any oil!! Just a simple squirt of cooking spray.

One thing I love about the air fryer is that I don't have to preheat it and it doesn't heat up the whole house. This Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan was done in about 10 minutes. I just breaded the chicken cutlets, baked them, topped them with sauce and cheese and finished them off for a few minutes.

We LOVED this Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan. It was easy to make and seriously delicious. Just as good as any restaurant. I absolutely loved that the chicken came out so crispy without using any oil. Saving calories and tasting great!!! We served it with a simple salad. It is also delicious over a bed of pasta with some garlic rolls!

ReplyDeleteHow many watts does your Air Fryer have?
ReplyDeleteMade this today. Added three slices of pepperoni on top of sauce the added mozzarella on top. Came out perfect. This is now in my recipe rotation.
ReplyDeleteCan you do whole chicken breast or do you need to cut them in half for cooking?
ReplyDeleteYou can use the whole breast, you will just need to increase the cooking time. I haven't made this with whole breasts, so I am not sure of the exact cooking time. If you slice them in half to make 2 cutlets per breast, you can follow the cooking times as listed above.
