These Pulled Pork Pastry Puffs are a favorite in our house. They are great for lunch, dinner or parties. You can make them ahead of time and freeze unbaked until ready to serve. I am making a batch this weekend to put up for the Super Bowl next weekend. LOVE easy make ahead recipes like this one!!

I used a package of Costco Smoked Pulled Pork in this recipe. It is my favorite store-bought pulled pork. You can find it in the back of Costco with the other pre-cooked meats and soups. It comes in two one-pound packages. I always have a pack in the freezer for a quick meal.

With only 4 simple ingredients, you can’t go wrong with these pastry puffs. They are always a hit! Serve some extra BBQ sauce on the side or even some Ranch dressing would be good. I mean, what isn’t good with Ranch?!?!?

Notes:

Can assemble pastry puffs through Step 4 and freeze unbaked for later.
To bake after freezing, thaw slightly, brush with egg wash and bake as directed above.
If having trouble keeping the ends together – you can use a toothpick to keep them together when baking.
Can use pulled pork with sauce and omit the BBQ sauce in the recipe.
4 bottles of store-bought BBQ sauce
My favorite BBQ sauces are G. Hughes, Sweet Baby Rays, Stubbs, and Williamson Brothers.
