Happy Sunday! I hope everyone is having a nice and relaxing weekend. It is time to start thinking about the week ahead. I've got you covered for dinner. I am sharing an easy main dish and side for every night of the week. I am firing up the slow cooker several nights. LOVE using my slow cooker for easy dinners. I also have a delicious make ahead casserole on next Sunday. You can make it today and pop it in the freezer for a quick dinner next weekend.

MONDAY
Slow Cooker Crack Potato Soup - potato soup loaded with cheddar, bacon and ranch. This soup is SO addictive! I wanted to lick the bowl!!! Frozen hash browns, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cheddar, bacon, ranch, cream cheese. Everyone RAVES about this easy soup recipe. TUESDAY
Hawaiian BBQ Pizza Braid - ready in under 30 minutes! Ham, pineapple, BBQ sauce, mozzarella, cilantro and red onions baked in refrigerated pizza dough. Fun twist to pizza night!!! Everyone LOVES this easy stuffed bread!! #pizza #hawaiianbbqpizza #bbqpizza


Pepper Jack Pasta Salad - seriously DELICIOUS! So simple, yet so amazing! Macaroni, pepper jack cheese, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Can make ahead and refrigerate until ready to eat. Perfect for summer potluck! Such an easy side dish recipe!

Zucchini, Squash & Corn Casserole - our favorite side dish! Zucchini, Squash, Corn, Onion, garlic, white cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. THURSDAY
Low-Carb Taco Soup - SO good! I wanted to lick the bowl!! If you aren't doing low-carb, feel free to add corn and black beans. Ground beef, taco seasoning, Ranch dressing mix, diced tomatoes and green chilies, cream cheese, Velveeta, beef broth. Just dump every in the crock pot and dinner is done. Can freeze leftovers for a quick meal later. This soup is seriously delicious!! #crockpot #slowcooker #soup #taco #lowcarb


Cheesy Keto Biscuits - delicious! Even if you aren't doing the Keto diet, you will love these biscuits! We had these at a friends house, and my husband couldn't stop eating them!! SO good! LOADED with cheese! Cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs, baking powder, almond flour and melted butter. Can make individual biscuits or one large loaf. I like to brush the baked biscuits with melted butter and garlic powder. #keto #bread #lowcarb

Amish Country Casserole - comfort food at its best!! Hamburger, Tomato soup, cream of mushroom, onion, garlic, milk, Worcestershire sauce, egg noodles and parmesan cheese. SO simple and tastes amazing! Everyone cleaned their plate!!! Makes a great freezer meal for an easy weeknight dinner.


2-Ingredient Fried Okra - my favorite vegetable! SO good. I can eat the whole batch of this yummy, crunchy okra. My absolute fav!
