How fun are these Hasselback Pizza Biscuits?!?!? We made these for lunch last week and LOVED them! They are super easy to make and even easier to eat. With only a few ingredients, these are hard to beat!! All you need is a simple salad or some yummy pasta salad and you are all set!
How to Make Hasselback Pizza Biscuits
I used a can of small refrigerated biscuits. It is the can with 10 biscuits per can. The bigger Grands! Biscuits are too big to fit in the muffin pan, so make sure to grab the smaller biscuits for this recipe. I don’t really have a preference between the name brand and store brand biscuits. Either work just fine!
You are going to cut three slits in each canned biscuit and then stuff the slits with pepperoni and mozzarella. I used a total of 4 slices of pepperoni and about a half a slice of cheese in each biscuit. Just be careful to not cut all the way through the canned biscuits. You want the biscuits to stay intact. I brushed the baked pizza biscuits with some melted butter and Italian seasoning. YUM!
Easy Pizza for Lunch or Dinner
These biscuits are great for a quick lunch, dinner, or snack. They only take a few minutes to assemble and everyone loves them!! We like to dip them in some warm pizza sauce. You could even dip them in some Alfredo sauce if you aren’t a fan of red sauce. Either way, they will be delicious!!
