Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  • Toss green beans, tomatoes, and garlic with 3 Tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place on rimmed baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Combine cooked beans and tomatoes, prosciutto and mozzarella pearls.
  • Whisk together lemon juice and remaining 3 Tbsp olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with green bean mixture.
  • Transfer salad to a large platter. Season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
