Pin This RecipeThe BEST Spicy Chicken Ramen
These Spicy Sriracha Chicken Noodles are a weeknight favorite in our house. Only a few simple ingredients and ready to eat in about 15 minutes. No joke! This is seriously the fastest meal ever!! Perfect for when you are short on time and want a home-cooked meal.
As the name says, these are Spicy Sriracha Chicken Noodles. There is a kick of heat from the Sriracha. Feel free to adjust the Sriracha to your personal preference. I would start with a little and add more after tasting. You can always add more; you can’t take away!
How to make Spicy Sriracha Chicken Ramen
These Spicy Sriracha Chicken Noodles are so easy to make. Start the water for the ramen noodles and then start cooking the chicken and add the sauce ingredients to the pan. The chicken and sauce should be done by the time the ramen noodles are cooked.
You can use either raw or cooked chicken in this dish. Either one is fine. If using raw chicken, just cut it up into bite-sized pieces and sauté for a few minutes before adding the sauce mixture. If you are using already cooked chicken, chop it into bite-sized pieces and toss it into the bubbling sauce. SO easy and a great way to use up any leftover chicken you have lying around.
What can I add to these Spicy Noodles?
Feel free to add some fresh broccoli, asparagus, green beans, or some sugar snap peas to these Spicy Sriracha Chicken Noodles. It is a great way to sneak some veggies into dinner. You also won’t need a side dish if you add the veggies to the chicken ramen noodles. We always have the ingredients on hand to whip up these spicy noodles. They are SO much better than takeout!

Have you ever tried it with ground chicken?
I haven’t but ground chicken would work fine.
Wow! This recipe is a winner. Soo delicious. The perfect amount of spiciness, umami and crunch from the peanuts. Mm mm mmm!
We enjoyed this a lot! Thanks! We ended up doing 3 packs of ramen because it was a bit too saucy but definitely a hit!
Great thank you. I have made this with chicken and it was delicious and was a hit for my boyfriend. We both like shrimp so now we will have to try that.
Can you substitute shrimp for the chicken?
sure
Made this recipe tonight for the family and OMG, what a hit. This was so easy and delicious and the spicy in it was perfect. Thank you for sharing!!! We will be making this quite a bit in our house.
Added bell pepper and onion, and upgraded to chow mein noodles…delish!!
Sounds great. So glad you enjoyed it!
I made this tonight. We like spicy and added some red chili flakes, frozen broccoli, and sugar snap peas. I used the red top sriracha. Very good, NO LEFTOVERS!
Sounds delicious!
Made this tonight. We love spicy so I added chili flakes. Also added frozen broccoli, and sugar snap peas. We use the red top sriracha. It was amazing. NO LEFTOVERS!
Didn't have peanuts and added a pinch of garlic powder. Used a leftover chicken breast. Two thumbs up from hubby and I. Quick and tasty.
So easy and yes so delicious. My family was blowed away. I have used deer tenderloin and omitted peanuts. I also add spinach (most of the time steamable spinach. Cook it in bag and them throw it in). Also a great way to get rid of left over spaghetti noodles. This is my go to recipe and I always use the green top.
Which sirracha sauce do u use? The green top or yellow top? I found out quickly there's a difference when making sauces. I used the wrong one for honey sirracha dipping sauce and it was awful! Couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. The person said I had to use the green top sirracha sauce.
Mine has a green top
Man – i'm starving – this looks delicious!!! i love that sriracha is spicy but still has flavor! gochujang is great too!
