Cinco De Mayo is next weekend, and I couldn’t be more excited! I love any excuse to drink margaritas and eat Mexican food. Cinco De Mayo falls on Sunday this year. I have a feeling the celebration will start on Friday and end on Sunday. We might go out one night and have our own fiesta the other night. Heck, we might celebrate at home all weekend. I hate fighting the crowds!
