collage of dinner recipes

Good morning! It's that time of the week again. It's time to start thinking about the week ahead. I've got you covered for dinner ideas. I am sharing a main dish and side for every single night of the week. I even included a dessert!

Some of the recipes this week are perfect for watching The Masters. I've got the famous egg salad on the menu! I'm pulling for Tiger and Phil. I better watch on Thursday and Friday so I see them! I'm not sure they will make the cut.

I've got several grilling recipes on the menu this week. Grilling season is already in full swing at our house. We actually grill year-round, but we grill almost every day this time of year.

I hope you enjoy the recipes you try this week!!

MONDAY

Hot Ham and Pimento Cheese Sandwiches - Hawaiian rolls, ham, pimento cheese topped with a sweet and savory butter poppy seed sauce and baked. SOOOO good! These are so easy to assemble - only takes a few minutes. Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner. There are never any left! A new favorite!

Chicken marinated in olive oil, onion powder, cider vinegar, sugar, chili powder, salt, Worcestershire, pepper, ground mustard, hot sauce and garlic. Leftovers are great on top of salads or in wraps. This is the most tender and juicy chicken we've ever made. SO much amazing flavor!! #chicken #marinade #grill #grilling #grilledchicken
