Can Pasta Salad be Made the Day Before?

YES!!! I almost always make pasta salad the day before serving. I like to give the flavors time to meld together. I prefer my pasta salad served cold. This Buttermilk Pasta Salad will keep for several days in the refrigerator. Perfect for easy party prep! That being said, you can serve this Buttermilk Pasta Salad immediately after making or refrigerate for later. It will taste fine either way.

I sometimes leave out the cucumbers because some people don't like them.
