How to Make Broccoli Grape Pasta Salad

This pasta salad is very easy to make. Boil the pasta and chop the broccoli. Toss it together with some pecans, onion, grapes, bacon, and a quick homemade dressing. YUM! The dressing is a little sweet and a little tangy. Perfect!

Can Pasta Salad Be Made in Advance?

Absolutely! I prefer to make this Broccoli Grape Pasta Salad the day before serving and refrigerate it overnight. This allows the flavors to develop. This will keep 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator.

Can Pasta Salad Be Frozen?

Unfortunately, pasta salad can NOT be frozen. Freezing mayonnaise-based salads like this don’t work. The mayonnaise will separate and you will be left with a greasy mess.

    1. I made this and did blanche the broccoli first. About, four minutes, then the ice bath. I liked this salad very much! I was so intrigued by the ingredient combination. One person requested, "More bacon, please!" go figure.
