Buffalo Chicken Burgers Recipe – SO good! I like these better than regular beef burgers! SO much amazing flavor! Ground chicken, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and buffalo seasoning. Can form into patties and freeze for later. Can cook on the grill, in the oven, or on the stove. Brush with buffalo sauce to kick up the heat. Top with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Also great topped with slaw!

These Buffalo Chicken Burgers are a new favorite in our house. We recently discovered our love of grilled chicken burgers. We made some Crack Chicken Burgers a few weeks ago and LOVED them. I immediately started coming up with more flavor combinations to use with ground chicken. I thought the next logical flavor combination was Buffalo Chicken. OMG! SO good! We love buffalo chicken wings, so I knew this combination would be a hit.
How To Make Buffalo Chicken Burgers
These burgers are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large bowl, gently combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and buffalo wing seasoning. Divide the meat mixture into four equal parts. Press the chicken mixture into a burger press lined with parchment paper to form patties.
Heat some olive oil in a cast iron skillet or fire up the grill. Cook chicken burgers for 4 or 5 minutes per side, until they reach an internal temperature of 165ºF. Top with cheese slices if desired. Serve on buns topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and extra ranch or bleu cheese dressing. It is equally delicious topped with some coleslaw. YUM!

The flavor of these burgers was AMAZING. I mean, seriously. They were awesome. My only problem is that my burgers did not stay together on the grill. That did not impact the taste at all, obviously, but it didn’t look pretty. I used Franks Buffalo Sauce and Franks Hot Sauce and i’m telling you, its the way to go!
I made these and also put some mozzarella in the middle to melt while cooking.
Absolutely delicious
That sounds amazing!
Is there somewhere in Birmingham to get the Franks seasoning without having to order on Amazon?
If you can't find the Frank's seasoning, look for a packet of McCormick Original Buffalo Wing Seasoning Mix – they sell it at Walmart. It will be with the gravy packets and au jus mix. It is a good alternative.
on the list for this weekend!! yum!
