  1. I receive many recipes from various websites daily. While I enjoy seeing all of the recipes , I actually USE more of your recipes than anyone else’s! You have captured the essence of how we cook here in the south and I look forward to every recipe. Keep sending the “crack” sister! We love it!!

    1. I COMPLETELY AGREE Lynn! My email is full of recipe sites, but Stephanie’s caught my eye immediately! I print new recipes each week, and have tried so many, and all different types from Plainchicken.com. We have never been disappointed! Classic Southern cooking, and so good. Thank you Stephanie, all of your effort is worth it!!!!

  2. I love your recipes?. I hate that you use "crack" in the titles in such a profligate manner. Can't you use words like delicious, delectable and other such words?

    1. Toni – I hate that people don't know the definition of crack. Look it up! Crack as an adjective is defined as "very good, especially at a specified activity or in a specified role". I guess you’ve never cracked glass, or cracked a joke, or cracked up laughing. Crack was a word long before there was ever a drug.
