I have a lot of fresh asparagus right now, and wonder if I could substitute this for the green beans. What do you think?
yes
Looks delicious but have a couple of “dumb” questions. Am I right to assume you drain the tomatoes really well? Also I have a new stove that has reg oven and convection oven which would you use? If you used convection what changes if any would you make? I’ve made roasted brussel sprouts & other veggies but still learning. Thanks for the recipes!
Yes, drain the tomatoes. This recipe is written for a regular oven.
