How to Make Sausage & Potato Breakfast Casserole

This Sausage & Potato Breakfast Casserole is very easy to make. Start with browning the sausage. I used a roll of Jimmy Dean sausage. You can substitute turkey sausage if you prefer. Once the sausage is cooked, drain the fat and stir in two cans of cream of potato soup. Spread the sausage and potato mixture into the baking dish. Whisk together eggs and milk and pour over the sausage mixture. Top with some shredded cheese and bake.
