What to Make For Dinner

Good Morning! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. It is time to start planning the week ahead. Today I am sharing our weekly meal plan. I've got a quick and easy main dish and side for every single night of the week. I am also sharing a delicious dessert.

All of the recipes will easily feed a family of four. Many of the recipes can be made in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later. I love to make a few recipes on Sunday for super easy meals during the week.

MONDAY
"Cracked Out" Chicken Bubble Up Recipe - chicken, cheddar bacon, ranch, chicken soup, sour cream and biscuits baked casserole. SO addictive! I literally licked my plate!

WEDNESDAY
Chicken Poppy Seed Rice Bake - chicken, cheddar, sour cream, chicken soup, poppy seeds and rice - quick and easy weeknight casserole! Use rotisserie chicken and this comes together in 5 minutes! SO good! On the table in under 30 minutes! We make this at least once a week!!

THURSDAY

FRIDAY
prosciutto wrapped chicken tenders

Italian Asparagus - our favorite asparagus recipe!! Such an easy side dish!! Fresh asparagus, diced Italian tomatoes, garlic salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parmesan and bread crumbs. SO easy! Ready to eat in under 30 minutes! Goes with everything - chicken, pork, steak, casseroles, pasta. Great for an easy weeknight side dish, cookouts and dinner parties. SO good! #asparagus #sidedish #vegetable

SATURDAY
Chili Spaghetti Casserole - comfort food at its best! Spaghetti, hamburger, onions, garlic, chili, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese and French fried onions. CRAZY good!!! Ready to eat in under an hour. Great for a potluck and tailgating! Can freezer or later.

SUNDAY
Slow Cooker Crack Potato and Broccoli Cheese Soup - this soup should come with a warning label! SO good! LOADED with cheddar, bacon and ranch!! Everyone went back for seconds! Potatoes, cream of broccoli cheese soup, broccoli, cream cheese, chicken broth, cheddar, bacon and ranch. So simple to make. Just dump everything in the slow cooker and dinner is done! #crockpot #slowcooker #bacon #soup #broccolicheese #potatoes

King Cake Bubble Up - We loved this!! Cinnamon rolls, eggs, milk, vanilla and cream cheese. Ready in 30 minutes. Better than any store-bought King Cake we've had! Can serve warm or room temperature. We ate way too much of this! Perfect for your Mardi Gras party!
