Hot Pressed Mexican Chicken Wrap

Roly Poly is one of my favorite lunch spots.  I just love their wraps.  My favorites are #28, #52 & #72.  I’ve already tried my hand at recreating #52 Hickory Chicken and it was better than the original!  This time I am recreating #28 Santa Fe Chicken.  Roly Poly’s menu describes it as Sliced Chicken Breast, Melted Jalapeno Jack Cheese, Onion, Tomato, Ranch Dressing, Grilled Golden Brown with a Side of Salsa. I describe this sandwich as delicious! We eat this at least once a week! It is great for a quick lunch or dinner. I usually leave off the tomatoes and onions on my wrap. Chicken Legs eats his all the way!

How to Make #28 Santa Fe Chicken

These sandwich wraps are super easy to make. Start with placing a slice of pepper jack cheese on a tortilla. Top it with sliced chicken, thinly sliced onion, tomatoes, and ranch dressing. Fold the edges of the tortilla to the middle and place on a panini press. Cook until golden brown. Serve with a side of salsa for dipping.

These quick Mexican chicken wraps are a favorite at our house. It is our #1 way to use up any leftover grilled chicken. We serve the sandwiches with a side of salsa and some potato chips. These wraps are also great with a saladpasta salad, or french fries. Add these to your menu ASAP! I promise you won’t be disappointed!
