Hot Pressed BBQ Chicken Tortilla Wrap

Roly Poly is one of our favorite lunch spots. All the sandwiches are SO good. One of our favorites is #52 Hickory Chicken. I got a new sandwich press recently and decided to make a version of the sandwich at home. OMG! SO good! Sliced chicken breast, melted cheddar cheese, onions, mushrooms, bacon, BBQ sauce grilled golden brown and served with a side of ranch dressing! We both love this wrap! When we get it at the restaurant, I get it without mushrooms and onions. Chicken Legs gets it all the way! YUM!

  1. Enjoyed these! I used my George Foreman to press the wraps for 1 minute and it worked beautifully. I just used plain grilled chicken with some salt and pepper this time, but next time I think I'll do a quick marinade with the Lawry's Buffalo BBQ 30-minute marinade.

  2. I have seen all your posts recreating this wraps from Roly Poly and I kept wishing that we had one! Well low and behold I found out that we do have one here In Lynchburg! Tried it last night and I found a new place to grab dinner on my way to work! I will definitely be trying this hickory chicken one today for lunch 🙂

  3. ooh fun! We love our panini press too but have never used wraps in there–great idea! Isn't it awesome recreating restaurant faves?! 🙂

  4. We used to have a Roly Poly here but they closed years ago. I thought they were a stand alone store, didn't realize that they were a chain. I loved that place.

These look good, Steph. I hadn't thought of using our press like that. Great idea.

  5. Never thought of using my grill press for wraps, but I like the look! Chicken tenders are our favorites too…

  6. Ooooh that looks tasty!! Can't wait to try it. How cute is your blog! Hope you and your chicken legs enjoy the tuscan pork. It is yummmay 🙂

  7. I LOVE Roly Poly, but there's not one anywhere around where I live. 🙁 I once saved a menu to give me some sandwich ideas, but I have since lost it. This wrap looks yummy!

  8. Oh yea, I can see why that's a favorite!
