These Awesome Sauce Meatballs were the star of our football party last weekend. OMG! They are loaded with tons of great flavor! This is the perfect appetizer for watching all the games this weekend or even a quick lunch/dinner. Throw some french fries in the air fryer and you are set!
What is Awesome Sauce?
Awesome sauce is a combination of hot sauce, teriyaki sauce, and honey mustard. The idea came from a sandwich I ate at a local sports bar. The sauce was so good. I asked the waitress what was in it. She asked the cook and came back with the ingredients. We’ve been making the sauce at home ever since.
How to Make Awesome Sauce Party Meatballs
These meatball appetizers are super easy to make. In a Dutch oven, combine honey mustard dressing, teriyaki sauce, and hot sauce. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Add a bag of frozen meatballs. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir well and simmer on the stove top for 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a large bowl and enjoy. Serve with toothpicks.

We made these for our Sunday football feast and they were great! Thanks for the easy recipe that I am sure we will keep making regularly!
Just a quick question. You say you used Ken’s Honey Mustard dressing, however in the picture you show Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard. Is it Ken’s that you used or Ray’s? Thank you! Making these on Sunday. Can’t wait!
either one is fine
