This cheeseburger quiche recipe is a weeknight favorite. I always have the ingredients on hand to whip this up at a moment’s notice. We ate this for lunch and had the leftovers for dinner the same day. I mean, how could this be bad with bacon, hamburger, and cheese? YUM! This quiche comes together in a snap and is ready to eat in about an hour. If you are making this for a crowd, you might want to double the recipe. I promise it won’t last long.
How to Make Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche
This recipe is super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. In a large skillet, brown hamburger over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease and break up any of the larger clumps. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Drain and chop. Place the cooked ground beef and bacon pieces in the bottom of a deep-dish pie crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy whipping cream, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour mixture into the pie crust and bake.

I made this last night for dinner and it was pretty good. It’s kinda like a bacon cheeseburger breakfast casserole, or at least I thought so. I made this as directed and used Great Value Ranch Dressing and a sprinkle of Weber’s Burger Seasoning. My husband who is very, very picky didn’t think this would be good at all but he ate a whole plate and said he WOULD eat it again if I make it! This was my family’s first time with quiche and it was actually really good.
Just made this tonight for dinner, EXCELLENT!!! Not only was it delicious, it was so easy to prepare!! I always have homemade ranch on hand so I guess that helps, but I think it would still be good if you used bottle dressing. I only had plain Greek yogurt, so I substituted that for the sour cream. I served it with sliced tomatoes and oven roasted asparagus. Highly recommend this recipe!!! Thank you Steph!
Is the Spicy Ranch the dry seasoning or actual dressing?
Trying it now…sounds & look good!!
Does the pie crust need to be baked prior to putting in the ingredients?
I did not pre-bake the crust.
What kind of spicy ranch do you use?
