How to Make Cream Cheese Chicken Alfredo Casserole

This spaghetti casserole is super easy to make. Start with boiling the spaghetti. Next, toss some garlic and softened cream cheese with the cooked pasta. Add in chopped chicken, Alfredo sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Spread the spaghetti mixture into a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese and bake.

Feel free to add some frozen spinach or chopped broccoli to the pasta mixture. I used a rotisserie chicken in this recipe. It makes for super easy prep! For the Alfredo sauce, I love Rao’s Alfredo Sauce. It is a bit expensive, so sometimes I also use Trader Joe’s Alfredo Sauce or Bertolli Garlic Alfredo Sauce.

Can You Freeze Chicken Alfredo Casserole?

You can make this chicken spaghetti casserole ahead of time and refrigerate or freeze the casserole for later. If you are baking this straight out of the refrigerator, you may need to add a few minutes to the cooking time.
