Balsamic BBQ Sauce Recipe
I’m not going to lie, I was concerned about the amount of balsamic vinegar in this sauce. I was really worried that it would be way too vinegary. BUT it wasn’t. Once the sauce reduced, it was wonderful and had a hint of sweetness. We both gobbled this up. It was AMAZING! The sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated for at least a week before using. We used the sauce on chicken, but we are totally grilling up some pork next time. I can only imagine how great that will taste!
We seasoned the chicken with some store-bought BBQ seasoning and grilled it. Chicken Legs brushed on the Balsamic BBQ Sauce during the last few minutes of cooking. I can’t recommend this BBQ sauce enough. It was SO delicious. We will definitely be making it again very soon.

¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

- Season chicken with BBQ seasoning or salt and pepper. Grill chicken about 8 minutes per side. Brush on BBQ sauce on each side of the chicken and cook for an additional minute per side.
I found it too vinegary as well. Added another 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Much better after that addition. Thank you for a great recipe.
