We love to grill burgers. Our favorite is the Morton’s Million Dollar Burger. They are the best burgers ever! Seriously!! We are always tweaking the Morton’s recipe to make different flavored burgers. This time we made some amazing BBQ Burgers.
Oh man, these burgers were delicious. We topped the burgers with a big slice of cheddar cheese, bacon and barbecue sauce. If you wanted to get really crazy, you could even add some grilled onions on top! These burgers would be perfect for Father’s Day this weekend or the 4th of July in a few weeks.
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce (I use KC Masterpiece Southern Style)
- bacon, cooked
- BBQ sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the hamburger, eggs and BBQ sauce. Use your hands or a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly. Divide the meat into three equal portions and gently form them into patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Top burgers with cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce.
